Both streams are good for you to make career in technology and management. Both are on the high demand and you have lot of career scope in these field. But it totally depends on your interest in which you have more interest you should take admission in that course.

No mention if you don’t have interest in finance there are also more stream in which you can get admission. These streams are IT, marketing, HR etc.

Yes M.Tech is also helpful to get a good job you will get job in education, IT companies, defence services, railway etc.

it will be good for you ta take admission in MBA after doing b.tech. this is because now a days, all the multinational companies are demanding for b.tech + mba. they want technical and management skills in a single person. so get a good job, it will be very helpful for you to take admission in mba. this is true that it will entirely change your stream but if you think of the job you will get after that, it will be easy for you to do that.
otherwise, if you want to remain in the same technical line then you must do m.tech.
