    Dear friend,

As you told you need a short term course among the list which you gave...according to the list .NET plays a good role in the software marketing fields. Choosing MCA is also a good option if your not in a hurry to get into jobs.Higher degree plays a good position than a short term course.your salary will be depending upon the percentage you have and on the company you choose.

    Good luck!!!

The answer depends upon your preferences... If you a love for CS then u can do MCA and then a job or with your existing BCA you can do a course on java since that is a prefered language for many ...and with that your chances of getting a job will increase...
