    How to get a job which matches with your qualification & that satisfies you. As I am an MBA Finance but working with a marketing profile. I had tried for finance job but not selected its not that I went without preparation .I had crossed 2-3 rounds but don't know where I am doing mistakes.I also qualified IBPS Exam 2011 & also applied for the interview but because of high cutoff I could not get the final call, I eagerly want to learn finance practically and want to get into a financial company.throughout my school,college i have been a topper so I am not studying is also not a question I am really very much disappointed,help me out may be I am giving efforts but I am lacking the right direction.I have done MBA in 2011.

    Minimum Education Qualification for this examination is that candidate should have a graduate degree with any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification and must secure at least 60% aggregate marks in your graduation .
