    Dear friend,

Best Master course after B.Tech, is M.Tech instead of MBA due to the following reasons as I think because Iím also in engineering (final year student):

In India, there are more MBA graduates then M.Tech, and as common sense, you should choose M.Tech which has less competition to be successful. After pursuing M.Tech, you will be able to opt for teaching profession in engineering which is a very very good profession todays. And in doing MBA, you are putting the knowledge you have gained during the four-year program of B.Tech into dustbin. You are also losing the hard earned money of your parents for such a costly course. I suggest you to sharpen the skills you have developed, in the same direction.
After a period of 2 years, when you will have completed MBA, you will not be equal to an MBA degree holder in experience who has completed 6 years to do this degree and also you will also lag behind your todayís equivalent that is pursuing B.Tech degree with you.
If you are not interested in engineering at all, then you can go for MBA as you wish. If you think, you can do better in MBA then M.Tech, the whole universe is your fist.

    Thank you!

    hi
both are quite different and are equally profitable in their own way....
MBA can give you a high pay scale job....
you will have to deal with the management...
but by doing M.TECH you will be in your very own field...
    you can enter lectureship...
i would prefer M.TECh over MBA...
    well MBA is getting saturated....
you can do PHD after your M.TECH....
you can qualify NET either after your M>TECH or PHD....
once you qualify that you can get a salary starting from 80k per annum....

    best of luck
