There are lots of courses available in engineering course like CIVIL, MECHANICAL,COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING,MINING ENGINEERING,TEXTILE ENGINEERING,ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING,ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING.etc
These were the main branches in the engineering.Either you opt BE or B.tech you have to study for the four years,which contains of 8 semester.First two semester of all the branches are same.But from the third semester the students study their topics related to their own branch..




As you also want to know the information regarding the NDA I which was held in the month of april.I want to revise you once more this exam was held on 15/04/2012.For the candidates who want to join the defense services in INDIA.i.e. from this exam you can get the joining in either INDIAN ARMY/INDIAN NAVY/INDIAN AIR FORCE.This exam takes approximately two & half month for declaring the result.It is expected to declare the result in the Mid of JULY.The exact date of result can't be tell now.You have to wait for the result till the month of July.

All the specialisations have wide scope. You should choose the stream based on your interests and strengths. It is important that the job should be as per your interest. To join this stream you need to appear for entrance exams like IIT-JEE, AIEEE. If you are looking to join the defense field then you can opt for mechanical, electrical, electronics etc. Once you complete engineering you can appear for the UPSC exam to join under the permanent commission stream. The NDA I results will be declared in the month of July.
