After completing your B Tech degree you can go for M Tech.
For secure your seats in M Tech you have to give the paper of
GATE exam. Then on the basis of this exam you can take admission
in this course.
During M Tech you have to take Electronics as a subject but its depends on your
personal skill.

MTech is a very good option after the completion of BTech.
Gate is the exam you need to give to get addmision in IIT's and other reputed colleges.

It is conducted once in a year in the month of feburary.

For MTech there are many options and these are the main subjects that you read during your BTECh course.

M-tech is Abbreviated as Masters in Technology and the the course is a 2 year post graduation course that you can pursue after completing your Bachelors Degree with B-E/B-tech.
