Hi Friend,
You should try to know about your interests.Like if you are interested in Engineering,You should prepare for IIT,NIT and State Board for engineering.Now you have to give only one exam to take admission in Engineering college.If you are interested in Medical so you should apply for AIMS,CPMT and other Medical entrance exams.Both fields are good.If you are interested in Civil Services.You can prepare for it after completion of graduation in any subject.And for commerce you can do B.Com and can also prepare for C.A.Now you have to select your choice.

generally most of the guys choose graduation courses which will help in further future for doing post graduation courses and good job opportunities
taking up the stream in graduation will depend on your stream which you have choosen in 11th eg. if you belong o science stream you can do courses related to science and as well as commerce
but if you belong to commerce then you can do only commerce related courses

if you are from MPC then you can join engineering ECE, CSE, IT, EEE,EIE,CIVIL, MECHANICAL.
if you are from BIPC then you can join MBBS, NURSING and others..
if you are from CEC, HEC then you can join degree, there is many courses available,,
and also you can join computer course after 12th before 13th, c, c++ like this

Friend here you have not mentioned about your Intermediate subject.
