Re: Which is the best book for IBPS Exam? What are the qualifications required to write that exam? Tell me only one book which gets me good marks?

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection(IBPS) has organised a Common written examination
for selection of Management trainees and Probationary officers for 19 Public sector banks
for the first time this year. The eligibilty for this exam is a graduation degree in any
discipline from a recognised institute. Also you must have attained 20 years of age to
appear in the exam. The upper age limit is 30 years.
Now there are two major sections in this exam which need special attention which are
Logical reasoning and Quantitative aptitude. The other sections are English, General
awareness, and Computer knowledge and descriptive paper in English which includes
Composition, writing etc. So there is no single book available in the market which
can help you in doing a comprehensive preparation of the various sections.
There must be some books available in the market which will comprise of practise papers
of all sections but then it is good for practise only. For preprations you must refer seprate
books. For Quantitative aptitude you should refer Quantitative Aptitude by R.S. Agarwal.
For reasoning again you can refer books by R.S Agarwal and Arun Sharma.
