I donít think that there is any benefit for you to go for M.Sc after MCA. MCA course is enough to find a reputed job. You can search for jobs in software or IT field. Banking sector also offer ample jobs. In teaching field, you can take up the role of lecturer/professor. Moreover, both these courses are of PG level. You can take decision after consulting with experienced ones.
