Being a CSE student which course should I prefer for Masters? MBA or M.Tech? How to get prepared for competitive exams like CAT and GATE?

hi sir, i am abhilash niranthar doing 3rd b.tech computer science from JNTU Anantapur. I wanna continue my studies after my B.Tech. Some of my passed out seniors told me that a cse student preferring M.Tech is of no use. When coming to CAT i dont know much about it. What to prefer either M.tech or MBA?

Please can you help me out in this by giving me sufficient details and how to prepare for those two competative exams and what to choose to maintain my career... thank you..
