    Banking career prospects for B.Sc (Agriculture) graduates.

    hi i am monika i have passed bsc agri .i want to make carrier in banking plz give me information about banking exams and eligibility requirement

    These days Banking career has a wide range of prospects and every graduate has been dreaming of a career in banking.

    You can have a career in banking through both IBPS EXAM and through SBI EXAM.

    The eligibility conditions for different posts are as follows under IBPS:-

    IBPS-Indian Banking and Personnel Selection.

    IBPS conducts exams exam for recruitment of various posts of PO,clerk,special officer in various banks.

    The list of banks which come under IBPS are as follows:-

    ELIGIBILITY FOR PO POST:-

    >>Any degree from recognized university.

    >>The minimum age limit is 20 years and then maximum age limit is 30 years with relaxations in age for reserved categories.


    ELIGIBILITY FOR CLERK POST:-

    >>Any degree from recognized university.

    >>The minimum age limit is 20 years and then maximum age limit is 28 years with relaxations in age for reserved categories same as PO


    ELIGIBILITY FOR THE POST OF SPECIAL OFFICER:-

    IT officer scale I

    >>Degree in computer science/information tech./computer applications/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Tele communications/Electronics and Instruments

    or

    >>Post graduate degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Tele communications/Electronics and Communication/Electronics and instrumentation/Computer science/ Information Technology/Computer applications from a recognized university/institution.

    or

    >>Graduate from a recognized university having passed DOEACC B level

    IT officer scale II

    >>Degree in computer science/information tech./computer applications/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Tele communications/Electronics and Instruments

    or

    >>Post graduate degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Tele communications/Electronics and Communication/Electronics and instrumentation/Computer science/ Information Technology/Computer applications from a recognized university/institution

    or

    >>Graduate from a recognized university having passed DOEACC B level

    Technical Officer

    >>Degree in Engineering in Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical/ Production/ Metallurgy/Electronics/ Electronics &Telecommunication/ Computer Science/Information Technology/ Textile/ Chemical etc/B.Pharmacy.

    HR/Personnel Officer

    >>Graduate from a recognized university and Post Graduate degree or diploma recognized by AICTE in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HRD/Scial Work /Labour Law OR Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Management with specialization in HRD from a recognized University.

    Agriculture Field officer scale I

    >>Degree in Agriculture or allied specializations such as Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agriculture Engineering/Fishery Science/Agriculture marketing and cooperation etc. from a recognized university

    Law officer scale I

    >>A Bachelor degree LLB in LAW

    Law officer scale II

    >>A Bachelor degree in LLB Law and must have minimum of 3 years practice at bar or judicial service.

    Rajbhasha Adhikari scale I

    >>Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level or post graduate degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi subjects.

    The eligibility conditions for different posts are as follows under SBI:-

    SBI EXAM-STATE BANK OF INDIA EXAM.

    SBI conducts exams for the recruitment of PO ,Clerk under its arena.

    It conducts exam for itself and its other six associates and most of its eligibility are same as IBPS with minimum reqired percentage of marks.
