    Bank of India Clerical Entrance Exam

    Bank of India conducts Clerical Entrance Exam for the recruitment of clerks in banks. Those who pass the entrance exam have to attend a Personal interview and GD. Aspirants who clear all these formalities can seek for career in the bank. Although the bank has several branches and vacancies throughout the country, candidates can apply for the exam in only one Union Territory or State.     The Bank of India Clerical Entrance Exam is an objective type test, which carries 300 marks. The exam pattern includes questions on aptitude, and GK. There may be questions on English language so as to test the aspirantís knowledge in English grammar. Aspirants need to have thorough awareness about the current events also. The time duration of the test is 150 minutes.

    Qualification Criteria for the Bank of India Clerical Entrance Exam

    The eligibility criterion required to apply for the test is a pass in graduation from a UGC certified institute. Otherwise, the applicants should have secured 50% marks in XII exam. In addition, they are required to obtain any foundation program on Computer awareness and Office Automation. Those who are aged between 18 and 28 can apply for the test. There are considerable age relaxations for SC/ST, OBC and PWDís.

They can submit the application fee by way of Challan or DD, which can be taken in all Bank of India branches.
