Bank of Baroda Clerical Cadre Exam

Bank of Baroda conducts its clerk cadre exam each year for qualified candidates. Bank of Baroda is a large bank with both national and international operations and it has more than 3200 branches in India. The bank looks for skilled and vigorous minds to be partners in the growth plan of the Bank in as Clerical cadre. The Bank is selecting the candidates by two types of tests. A written test and a personal interview is conducted for recruitment.

Structure and Pattern of Bank of Baroda Clerical Cadre Exam

The BOB Bank exam includes objective type test. The candidates should pass every paper to go to the next stage. The objective papers include Reasoning ability, Test of Numerical Ability, English Language, Clerical Aptitude, Socio-economic, Computer & Banking awareness. There are negative marking for the wrong answers. The aspirants can answer to those questions in either Hindi or English. The shortlisted candidates are called for interview after the written test. Final selection of the candidate is dependent on the scores obtained in the written exam and interview.

Qualification Criteria for Bank of Baroda Clerical Cadre Exam

The basic qualification required for applying the Bank of Baroda Clerical Cadre Exam is a pass in HSC of 10 + 2 (10+2+3) pattern with 55% of marks. In addition, a pass in 11th Standard of (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate. Those who have done Pre-University or any corresponding test or Diploma in Banking recognized by Central / State Government are eligible to appear for the test. The age limit is 18-28 years.

Application Procedure of Bank of Baroda Clerical Cadre Exam

The interested candidates can apply through online. Before applying online, the candidate has to download the fee payment document. After that, they have to pay the prescribed fee in any Bank of Baroda branches. After payment of the fee, the applicants should get the applicant copy of counterfoil. Before applying online, the applicant must have a valid email id. If they do not have an email id they need to create a new one. After submitting the online application the applicants have a facility to change, the submitted online application withing 2 days of registration.
