    Yes my dear friend you are eligible for the post of Probationary officer .
    Eligibility criteria for Probationary officer are as follows :-
    1] The applicant must hold his/ her Degree of Graduation from a government
    recognized university with an aggregate of at least 55% in order to appear in
    the Bank’s Probationary Officer exam.
    2]The minimum age of the candidate prescribed by the authorities of the bank is 21
    years for fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the bank. a person younger to this age
    limit is not applicable to sit in the bank’s PO examination.
    3]The maximum age limit of the candidate prescribed by the authorities of the bank
    is 30 years to be recruited as the bank Probationary Officer. A person of more than 30 yrs
    of the age cannot apply for the post of PO in Dena Bank.
    4]. Candidate must be a citizen of India. People belonging to other nationalities are
    by no means allowed to be a part of the above mentioned examination.
    5]The applicant must possess a good command over computer applications
    to be a part of the above mentioned programme.
    6]The applicant must have the basic banking knowledge and skills to be a
    part of the above mentioned programme .

    Eligibility criteria for Bank Probationary officer posts:-

    Essential Academic Qualifications

    Graduation in any discipline from a recognised college / university

    Age limit : as on 01.05.2011

    Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.05.2011 i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.05.1981 and not later than 01.05.1990 (both days inclusive)

    Hello friend,
    Yes B tech student is eligible for bank PO exam.
    The minimum eligibility for bank PO exam is Bachelor degree in any stream so B Tech is equivalent for this.
    So you can try for this.

    Certainly yes, B.Tech candidates can apply for the probationary officer post. A graduate in any stream can apply for this post. Candidates who have pursued the course through distance education too can apply for the post. This is provided that the candidate pursued the course from a recognised institute. Some banks like ICICI bank do mention the minimum percentage the candidate should have secured in the qualifying exam. But for the common written test there is no mention of the same. Recently SBI had called specifically for candidates from B.Tech and MCA background to join as specialist officer. If you wish to apply for this post make sure you start your preparations early.

    Engineering graduate (with BE/B.Tech degree) students are eligible for appearing in the bank probationary officer examinations. The simple eligibility criteria for this exam is graduation and BE/BTech provides you a graduation degree. Hence,a engineering degree student from any branch can apply for these examination conducted by various Banks.

    Yes,you are eligible to apply For the Bank exams for the posts of probationary officers and management
    trainee.The test is conducted by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS).The eligibility criteria for this is:

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

    1)A candidate must have a graduation degree in any field from any recognized university.
    2)Age to be minimum: 20 yrs & maximum: 30 yrs

    The test will be conducted on September 18, 2011.
    A total of 19 public sector banks are participating in this exam and the list of banks involved are:

    3. Bank of Baroda
    4. Bank of India
    5. Bank of Maharashtra

    Yes BTech and BE students are allowed for bank probationary officers post.
    The eligibility for bank PO is a Bachelors degree in any discipline .
    BTEch /BE is also a bachelore degree in engineering , so engineers
    are also eligible for Bank PO. The bank PO entrance examinations
    question papers consists of quantitative aptitude,logical reasoning ,
    data interpretation question etc. So for engineers being from mathematics
    background it becomes quite easy to crack this exam.

    Yes you are eligible for bank PO exam. The latest recruitment by IBPS have just demanded graduation in any stream and knowledge of computer. So as you have done b.tech then you are eligible for bank PO. So apply when there is next recruitment and prepare well as it is one of the main exam for recruitment in banks.

    Yes you are eligible.

    ELIGIBILITY:

    1.The banks require a graduate in any discipline with atleast 60% for Probationary exams.

    2.Also they demand Indian citizens.

    3.Knowledge in computers is a must.

    4.Aged between 21 and 30.

    PAPER PATTERN:
    There are two parts in the question paper:

    I.Objective test

    * Logical Reasoning 75 questions
    * English Language 50 questions
    * General Knowledge 50 questions
    * Aptitude 50 questions


    II.Descriptive Paper

    Argumentative Questions : 4 questions - 45 min.

    Candidates who pass the written examination will be called for group discussion and interview for final selection.

    Any graduate student is eligible for Bank Probationary Officer exam. The minimum educational qualification required is a degree of any discipline recognized by the government of India. The other eligibility conditions are the following.

    Age:20 to 30 years.

    Nationality: Indian or a refugee came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intension of permanent settlement in India

    ALL b.tech students are eligible for the bank po exams. because in bank exams ,general aptitude ,english,maths question are come,and approximately all stdents are fit for that.so you prepare for that exams and win the race...the age limit in bank exams are 20 to 30 is compulsary....and the minium passing marks in 12 th is 50%

    YES, You are eligible, You can go for the bank officer after the B.tech or B.E.

    You should clear the entrance exam of bank officer. The entrance exam are in two parts.

    Part A is Objective Test.

    The part A Test contain the Objective :
    1) English language
    2) General Knowledge question.
    3) Logical Reasoning.
    4) Aptitude.

    The Part B test contain :

    the Description Test.

    1) Argumentative Question.

    If you pass the written examination then you will be called for the group discussion. And after this you will be called for the Interview.

    Definitely,B.tech students are eligible for Bank PO's.

    Minimum qualification for Bank PO is:

    -If you have to pass your 12th in any recognized board.
    -You have to pass your graduation with 60% of marks in any recognized university.
    -age:21-33 years.
    -For ST/SC candidates age limit is 21-35 years.

    you just have to see your interest and than choose any field.for the common written test there is no mention of the same. Recently SBI had called specifically for candidates from B.Tech and MCA background to join as specialist officer.     There are two types of jobs which you can see in banks namely
    Bank PO
    Bank clerical exam

    The eligibility criteria differs from bank-bank.The eligibility criteria needed for these two jobs are given below:

    Eligibility criteria for Bank PO:
    The candidate must be a citizen of India.
    The candidates must a age limit of 21-30 years.
    The candidate must have got a degree from a recognized university with 60% aggregate.Some bank prefer for 55% aggregate.
    The candidates must know about computers and must have a knowledge on how to operate MS office.

    Eligibility criteria for Bank Clerical:
    The candidate must be a citizen of India.
    The candidate must have a age limit of 18-28 years.And relaxation age limit is there for SC/ST/OBC/PH and Ex-service men.
    The candidate must have a degree from a recognized university with 60% aggregate and for SC/ST/PH candidates it is 55%.It varies from bank-bank.

    Yes,You are eligible to apply for PO position after completing B.Tech course.Currently IBPS is conducting common written exam .IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel.It is conducting common written exam for 19 government sector banks.You have chance to apply for both PO position and Clerical cadre positions.Here you will be having chance to apply for all the banks with single time payment and single time written test.If you want to apply for PO position then you must be having at least 50% of marks in your graduation from recognized university and 5% relaxation is available for SC and ST candidates.Your age should be between 21 yrs to 28 yrs.

    Yes,You are eligible to Bank Probationary Officer position after completing your graduation .You can apply for IBPS common written exam.IBPS is conducting common written exam for 19 government sector banks.Here you can apply for all the 19 Banks with only one exam and only one time of payment is enough.If you are qualified in this entrance test, then if any one of the bank announced notification then only call for all the qualified candidates for further Interview procedure,If you qualified in this Interview then you can get this job.

    Already you have satisfied Eligibility criteria for IBPS common written test.Normally IBPS is conducting Common Written Exam twice in a year for both PO and Clerical Cadre Positions.You are eligible for both Positions.So as per your Interest you can apply for any position Entrance exam.In January we may have another CWE test for Probationary position.

    Yes, Definitely B.tech candidates are eligible for Bank Probationary officer posts, Because to apply for Bank PO Recruitment examination you have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline form a recognised University, Final year candidates are Not eligible for this examination. So When you completed your Graduation degree course then you are eligible to apply for Bank PO Recruitment examination.

    For this Year Bank PO Recruitment examination was Completed and If you are Interested in Bank PO Examination then please apply for this examination Next year. The Notification of Various bank PO Examination will be Published soon in Next year.

    The eligibility Criteria are vary form Banks to Banks But Graduation is The minimum eligibility to apply for any bank PO Recruitment examination.

    The Descriptive type examination will be a test of English knowledge that has to be done in 1 hour.

    Eligibility Criteria For Bank PO Exams

    A candidate can appear in the Bank PO Exams if he satisfies the following minimum criterion :-

    1) The candidate must be a graduate with at least 55% or above as aggregate in graduation

    2) The candidate must be within the age limit of 21-30 years for appearing in the exam


    Since,you have completed your B.Tech hence you are eligible for appearing for the Bank PO Exams provided that you satisfy the age criteria

    Yes you are eligible for Bank Probability Officer(PO) exams.
    These PO exams are conducted by Indian Banking Personal Selection(IBPS) in every year.

    Eligibility Criteria for Bank PO exams:-

    **A candidate completing his graduation in any stream from any recognized university.
    **There is NO minimum percentage criteria is required.

    Age limit for Bank PO exams is 21 to 30years.

    Age Relaxation :-

    for BC category 21 to 33years.
    for Sc/st category 21 to 35years.

    Selection Process::-

    1.Written test
    2.GD
    3.Interview

    Syllabus:-

    1.Reasoning
    2.English language
    3.Quantitative Aptitude

    Yes,You are eligible to apply for Probationary Officer in Banks.B.Tech student can apply for this post because B.Tec is a Bachler degree.

    Candidates have to fullfill the following eligiblity criteria for PO in Banks:-
    1-Candidate should have complete their Graduation in any stream with recognised university.
    2-Age should be 21 to 30 for General.OBC,SC/ST and other category get relaxation in upper age limit.

    Criteria for Selection:-It held in three terms.
    1-Written Test(It includes Objective and Discriptive Paper)
    2-Group Discussion
    3-Interview

    you are eligible to give the Bank exams as you completed your graduation .
    the other criteria is that you should between the age of 21-30
    and you should be an indian .

    After completing B.E (graduation) , you are eligible to apply for bank PO exam.
    there is IBPS PO exam and SBI PO exam exits.
    you have to apply in both if you are interested to apply for Bank PO exam.
    If you qualify in bank PO exam,then you can become a PO officer in bank.

    Eligibility:
    age limit : 21 to 30 years.3 year relaxation for OBC and 5 year relaxation for SC/ST.
    candidate should have complete graduation with 55% aggreagate.
    candidate should be indian citizen.

    Yes, you are eligible for the bank PO exam. The basic eligibility for the Bank PO officer is to finish graduation.
    S you are eligible for the bank PO exam.
    This exam contains objective type question in
    1) english
    2) numerical
    3) aptitude
    4)general knowledge
    5)reasoning

    can a btech student apply for the post of bank prabationary officer
    Dear friend,
    Yes my friend a engineer can also apply for PO job in banks.
    To apply for PO you should be a graduate and you are a engineering graduate.

    PO job is very good and comfortable job.PO is a first class officer,salary will be around 30,000 to 35,000 depends on different banks.
    To become PO officer you have to appear for entrance exam.

    Eligibility for PO exam:
    1.. Age -You should not below 21 years and not above 30 years.5% years relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate.

    2.If you are a General Candidates then - 60% or more marks in class XII and 55% or more marks in Graduation.5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

    3.You should have a graduate degree in any discipline.

    Paper pattern is follows:

    1.Objective type questions will be asked.

    2. Test of Reasoning

    3. Data Analysis and Interpretation

    4. Marketing Knowledge

    5.Test of English Language

    If you MBA also then you ca apply for manager's post in bank.
