    MINIMUM QULIFICATIONS FOR CLASSES 1 TO 5 :-
    YOU NEED TO HAVE PASSED SENIOR SECONDARY WITH AT LEAST 50% MARKS AND PASSED
    OR APPEARING IN FINAL 2 – YEAR DIPLOMA IN ELEMENTARY EDUCATION
    BUT IF YOU WANT TO APPLY FOR CLASSES 6 TO 8
    THEN YOU MUST HAVE DONE B.ED/B.SC/B.COM WITH ATLEAST 50% PASSING MARKS
    I AM PROVIDING SOME IMPORTANT DATES OF CTET

    important dates -

    1. opening date to Apply online - 01-08-2012
    2. closing Date to apply online - 30-08-2012

    exam dates
    (I) first paper - 18 November 2012 - 10.30 AM To 12.00 Noon
    (II) second paper - 18 Nov 2012 - Time 1.30 PM To 3.00 PM

    Graduates can apply for CTET exam. This exam is organized by CBSE so as to select candidates in to teaching positions in central schools. In order to attend these exams a B.Ed degree is compulsory along with graduation. Candidates should qualify B.Ed course with 50% marks so as to attend CTET. If you qualify CTET and get good score in it, you can apply for teaching posts in KVS, NVS etc. On the basis of CTET score, you will be short listed for such positions. Teaching demo and personal interview will be the last steps involved in selection
