Yes B.Ed qualification is a must to apply for PGT. There is no exemption for the post graduates also. To join for B.Ed correspondence course you need to also have 2 years of teaching experience. You should be in service when you enroll for this course. Being a post graduate you are also eligible for the NET exam. You will be able to take up lectureship posts at the graduation level if you clear this exam. Another option to take up lectureship post is to complete Ph.d.
