B.Ed is course whereby you can become a school teacher. However M.Sc is a Masters degree. In terms of value M.Sc has more value. If you wish to become a school teacher then you can pursue B.Ed. But along with that you must clear the SET exam too. However if being a school teacher is not your aspiration then certainly M.Sc is a better option. If you have passion for teaching then after M.Sc you can appear for NET exam. You will then be eligible to teach at the college level. You can also later take up a Doctorate if you desire. If you have the option to study further then certainly you must take a Masters degree.

If you are interested in teaching field, you can go for B.Ed, as it is a respected position. Teaching gives you job security and satisfaction. Teaching profession also fetch you good earnings. The specialization depends on your selection of stream in graduation. At least 50% is a must. If you are looking for a career growth, you can choose M.Sc. The cut off percentage needed will depends on the institutes or Universities. You can pursue the course as a full time or part time program. Selecting a Masters Degree will help you to get a higher-level job. The job opportunities are available in research firms, hospitals, laboratories, educational institutes etc. After the course, also you can choose the teaching profession.

no i think msc is better than b.ed because if u choose m.sc than after completion of M.sc also the chance 2 ph.d and reserch

M.sc is best because after m.sc u have a master degree and u can be a science lecturar .

SET exam for better teaching prospects. but i would recommend you to pursue your post graduation in M.Sc as that would make you a kind of specialist in your subject acquainting you with the thorough knowledge of your field. after this if you feel like pursuing a job as a teacher, you can enter into colleges after clearing NET, higher studies would definitely enhance your qualification, ultimately serving you better job prospects.

we cannot say which is better .as if you wan ti join teaching profession you have to opt for the b.ed course as this is necessary . and m.sc if u want to go with this you can do p.hd also

according to me msc is better than B.ed so you may go for msc after bsc , and if you want to become a teacher in school then after bsc you can go for B.ed or if you really wish to become a teacher and if you do your msc then you will be eligible to teach in colleges also ....after msc there are many more options ,so if you go for b.ed then you can not do anything further ,,,,
so if you can you may please go for the msc

Bothe the fields are totally different from each other because Bed is a teaching field whereas Msc is the master degree in any particular branch,So I would say both fields are good ,But now a days in teaching field there are lots of openings coming from both Central and state government.Completing Msc will also gives you alot ,After that you can try for different jobs at State level and Central level also.You first find your choice of Interest and then choose the branch !!!

as you have done B.S.C for you M.S.C is a good option,as after that you are eligible for giving NET exam and become a lecturer.

It is a higher qualification.

But let me tell you one thing that B.Ed and B.Sc,both the streams are completely different in every conditon .One is related in to the teaching and education or lectureship line and other one is related to the Science field i.e experiements ,practicals , research development and many other thing which are uncountable. So ,both the subjects are best in their field ,no one is better between them. As you are doing your B.Sc you may continue with M.Sc or can do B.Ed afterwards. Thanks

With the qualification of B.Ed u can go for teaching jobs at school level. If u go for Msc then u can further have oppurtunity either u can go for teaching at graduation / undergraduation level & also u can even get into research area / u can further pursue ure PhD also...

If you want to become a school teacher now then you should go for B.Ed. But if you want carry on your study then you should go for M.Sc. After that you can do B.Ed.

can i do m.sc. from open university and b.ed from any other university in same year?

Dear freind,if you pursue b.ed then you will eligible for teacher in school but value of m.sc is more than b.ed.Once you completed your msc then you will be eligible for NET exam and if you passed NET than you will be eligible for teaching in college.Through b.ed you can give SET exam.So i will suggest you that you must pursue m.sc.Good luck!

Yes B.ed. is definitely a better course after B.sc. rather than M.sc.
After M.sc. you should have to clear NET or go Ph.d. & research & then also there is no job guarantee.

UPTO WHICH CLASS CAN ONE TEACH AFTER COMPLETING B.ED AND MSC?

if you want to go in teaching field than B.ed is good otherwise MSC is far better than B.ed..............

There is no point of comparison between these courses . M.Sc is post graduation course .
The duration of M.Sc course is 2 years where as the duration of B.Ed is 1 year.

Both these courses have their own scope in terms of job opportunities. Through both courses you can enter in teaching profession .

If you choose B.Ed course then you are eligible to apply for TGT post . You can also appear in CTET exam to get jobs in central government schools like Kendriya Vidyalayas.

If you choose M.Sc then you are eligible to apply for PGT post . Also you can also appear in UGC NET exam to get job as a lecturer in colleges or universities .

But in my opinion M.Sc is best course for you because after this you can also go in research field and can get jobs in colleges where in B.Ed you can get job only in schools.

Well if you want to become a Teacher then B.ed.

Else M.Sc. since it's ur main subject.

In mine opinion , always m.Sc will be better.
