    AUCET Geography Entrance Test

    Andhra University conducts Common Entrance Test annually to select candidates in to PhD/M.Phil course in different disciplines. AUCET Geography Entrance Test is conducted to select candidates in to doctoral programs in Geography. Candidates should prepare well for this exam as selection for doctoral programs will be on the basis of their score in AUCET. Candidates can apply for PhD/M.Phil courses in reputed college based this score.

    Structure and Pattern of AUCET Geography Entrance Test

    AUCET Geography Entrance test will have objective type questions. Two main papers are included in entrance test. The first paper is common for all subjects where as the second paper will include topics covered in qualifying examination. First paper will include 50 questions where as the second paper will include 100 questions. The total time allowed for this exam is 130 minutes. A total time of 45 minutes is allowed for first paper.

    Eligibility criteria of AUCET Geography Entrance Test

    Candidates who have completed Post graduation in Geography are eligible to attend this exam. Candidates who have completed post graduation in any related field from a recognized institute can also attend this examination. It is important to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in post graduation level to apply for this entrance exam.
