    Hello sir/madam.....

    MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Graduate under at least 10+2+3 pattern
    And should pass with minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate considering all the subjects
    You must have at least one School subject at the graduation level as a main subject.

    FRIEND,

    B.ED stands for BACHELOR IN EDUCATION and this course is done if you wanted to become a Teacher of primary and secondary schools so friend if you wanted to be a teacher then you should go for this course.

    This course is of duration 2 years and it is generally done after graduation.

    ELIGIBILITY FOR B.ED IS:

    1) You must have got a bachelor degree or a higher degree from any recognized university.

    2) You must also have a two year full time teaching experience on temporary/permanent basis in a primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school recognised by the central or a state government or a union territory.

    3)That experience certificate should be issued by the Principal, or Headmaster/Headmistress.

    PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION:

    The Admission in the B.ED course is based on an Entrance Test. The test will be conducted in the month of July/August.

    The notification for the exams will come out in the month of April/May.

    There are a lot of Universities which conducts an entrance exam for B. Ed. Entrance for Regular and Correspondence Courses.

    The Duration of the exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes and the exam consists of Multiple choice type questions and the paper also has negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

    There are Five sections in the test of 15 Marks and 15 Questions Each:

    • Part A: General Awareness Test
    • Part B: Teaching Potential Test
    • Part C: General Mental Ability Test
    • Part D: Language Proficiency Test
    • Part E & F: Language Proficiency Test: English and/or Hindi

    There is no age limit for pursuing b.ed course....you should have a graduation degree and this course is of two years. You can apply directly for b.ed course if you have secured good percentage in graduation..
    A written entrance test is conducted by university and if qualify it then only you can get seat in a b.ed college......

    Hi friend,

    There is no maximum age limit to pursue B.Ed course but in general you can apply in between 21yr-35yr.

    The minimum eligibility required for this course is :

    >>A Bachelor's degree through a recognized University.

    >> Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% & For SC/ST candidates the relaxation is upto 45% marks.

    >> Only Arts and Science departments are eligible for B.Ed course.

    >>Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection.

    but after completion of your B.Ed you cannot apply for teaching jobs in the government school. Because the maximum age limit for teacher job is 30 years. so you cannot apply for teaching jobs.
    >>The government will conduct the TTC exam for B.Ed candidates for teacher posts in the schools.
    So after completion of your B.Ed go for higher education to get job.
    You are not eligible for any government jobs in this age. so try to apply for any private jobs

    Those candidate have completed graduation with above 50% marks from recognized university are applicable for B.Ed course.

    There is no specific age criteria so you can apply for this course in any time.


    B.Ed course is two types 1)Distance Mode 2)Full Time Course.


    Arts , Science and Commerce steams are applicable for B.Ed entrance exam.
