Anna University B.Tech Lateral Entry exam 2012:

Anna University conducts B.Tech Lateral Entry Examination to admit the eligible candidates to the seats reserved by the University.

The candidate those who dream of becoming an Engineer even after they have completed a Diploma or Degree can appear for this examination.

Candidates can get into the second year of the four years academic program through this examination.

The allocation of students into different branches depends on the former field of study as well as the scores obtained through the lateral entrance test.
