There are many exams conducted by UPSC.
You have not mention for which exam.
Every exam has different eligibility criteria.
So,it is difficult to tell about the age limit.
Also there are age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC,etc.
So,you need to first mention the exam name.

Re: Am I eligible for UPSC exams if my age is 32 years?

You may be eligible for some exams while you may be ineligible for some. There are a number of exams conducted by UPCS(Union public service commission) all over India and the
conditions which are required to be fulfilled to appear for the examination varies from one exam to another.
As far as CSE(Civil Services Examination) is concerned, the maximum age limit which is acceptable is 35 years. In other words a candidate can appear for CSE till the
age of 35 years provided he or she has not utilized the number of attempts for which he or she can appear for the exam.

So, if you want to prepare for IAS, IRS, IPS, etc then there is time for that. You can prepare for the exams can appear till the specified age.The procedure to face these
kind of examinations can be explained as follows:-
    1)Preliminary exams-
This is the initial stage int his process. It is an objective examination which is conducted once in a year(usually in the month of June).Students in lakhs appear for this exam, but out of
total number of students only a few thousands are selected for appearing for the next level. So, from the very starting they shortlist candidates, leaving only a few for the next level.
The form for the exam are usually available at post offices.

    2)Mains examination-
This exam can be appeared by a student who has qualified the previous stage. After the results of the previous exam is declared, the exam is conducted by UPSC all over India.
Nearly thousands of students who appear for this exam(after being selected by the authority in the previous stage), and only a few hundreds get selected for the final stage.
The exam is an subjective examination and the candidate is required to select subjects according to his or her choice.

    3)Personal interview-
This is the final stage in the process. This is the most crucial stage and the candidate needs to apply tact and judgement to answer each and every question of the interviewer.
The candidate must prepare with concentration and should be ready to answer each and every question of the interviewer. The interviewee can give the answers in either English or
Hindi depending on his or her choice. If he or she qualifies this stage, he or she would be selected for the post desired( and would be allotted depending on the rank or marks obtained).

    Hello friend !!!

UPSC -- Union Public Service Commission .

    Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree of a recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Enginerring or an equivalent qualification (Para 3(iii) of Notice).
Sorry to tell about the age criteria without mentioning your actual examination .

Age limits : 21-30 years as on 1.7.2011. (Upper age limit relaxable for SCs/STs, OBCs and certain other categories).
