Am I eligible for TNPSC exam while pursuing final year B.Tech (IT) course? What does TNPSC exactly mean? What all government posts are available through TNPSC?

i was a btech final year student of information technology(IT) branch...can u pls guide me that i m eligible to write Groups exams and also can u kindly tell me about 'TNPSC' exam which i hav saw in internet....wat does TNPSC exam exactly mean??? and what Government posts are available in tis field....
