Of course you can do it as you are a masters in technology.There is so many private B.E/B.Tech degree colleges where jobs available for good masters like you for lecturer and lab assistance posts jobs.The starting salaries also very good and varies from college to college.Just prepare yourself well to apply for jobs.

Yes you will be eligible to teach in AICTE approved colleges.As you have obtained master degree in your field so you are eligible to teach undergraduate students in engineering colleges.there are certain norms for teaching like min required marks in master and graduation degrees,NET qualification,good communication skills etc.if you wanna teach in UGC approved universities then you are eligible ,thus you can teach in any college in India.

approximate salary--_ in most of the colleges you will get the post of assistant prof. or prof,these are common post for beginners.you will get Rs 30000 to 45000 /pm in starting.in most of the private colleges salary is increased on the basis of performance.if you will provide good result then you will get more salary.after one or two years you will be posted on lecturer post and you will earn more than 60000 /pm.
