    my friend.
    the eligibility of SET qualification is given below.
    candidate should have minimum 50% in graduation,post graduation and B.Ed.
    now if we consider about then you have no degree of B.ed even you have MBA ,so you are not eligible my friend.
    so please sorry.
    now you complete your MBA so find job in that field.and even you are more interested in SET ,then you have to take admission in B.Ed and compelet it with 50%.then you are eligible for give SET exam.

    State Eligibility Test (SET) is conducted 16th time by State Agency to recruit eligible students as a lecturer in Universities and Colleges of West Bengal ..

      • You must have acquired not less then 55% marks in you Master Degree (For SC/ST/PH/VH 50%..)
    • Question paper pattern :-
    • Exam is divided into 3 parts-
      • Paper I
        • Marks - 100
        • Duration - 1hr & 15 min.
        • It consist of general nature question to assess to teaching/research aptitude of a candidate.
      • Paper II
        • Marks - 100
        • Duration - 1hr & 15 min.
        • It consist of 50 objective-type questions as per syllabus of the subject selected by the candidate.
      • Paper III
        • Marks - 200
        • Duration - 2hr & 30 min.
        • It consist of only descriptive/short answer type questions from the syllabus on the subject selected.

    There is no upper age limit for appearing for SET Examination.

    The examination fees of SET Was Rs 500 and you have to pay the fees through Demand Draft.

    West Bengal SET (State Eligibility Test):

    >> The West Bengal College Service Commission conducts State Level Eligibility Test for Lectureship in Universities and Colleges of West Bengal and Tripura.

    Eligibility :

    • You should complete the Master of Degree in the relevant Subject with at least 55% Marks or
    • Equivalent grade proceeded by at least 2nd Class 3-year Honours Degree in the Subject from an Indian University or

    Hi,
    I am a master degree holder in Education with 55% marks.But I have not read education in my graduation.I have also completed B Ed.Am I eligible for Net and Set exam.
