    Am I eligible for pursuing LLB or not after completing B.Com Pass with 45% marks? In which colleges to apply for LLB course?

    I have completed my graduation(B.com. pass) this year and i got 45% marks. whether i am eligible for pursuing LLB? if yes, in which colleges i can apply and how?

    dear
    you can apply in LLB course after your B.com with 45%marks.
    But you can't apply in the best or some good institutes or university.
    some college have take low percentage candidates.... so you don't worry
    you go in the nearest university or college like state university they can give you admission.
    some university has entrance exam & some has admitted by merit base.
    In merit count the High School intermediate & graduation percentage..

    The LLB is a law course degree. This is a profession where you should have a brilliant communication skill and presentation skill. Law is a set of rules and regulation under which a society or country is ruled.

    Yes you can do LLB,
    The eligibility criteria for LLB is that you can do any one degree which i mentioned : B.A / BSc / B.com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate and 35% for SC/ST candidates. There is also a 2% Weightage for the post graduate degree holders. For seeking admission in this law course the students have to give an entrance test and a personal interview.

    A law degree LLB course. It is a profession where you have an excellent communication skills and presentation skills. Laws, rules and regulations under which the rule is a set of a society or country.
    Yes, you can LLB,
    with the degree. There are also post-graduate degree holders have a 2% weightage.
    But you are not the best or the best institute or university can apply.
    Some candidates have to take a lower percentage of college .... Do not you worry your nearest university or state college entrance like they can go to university. Some university entrance examinations and is accepted by some merit. Intermediate and high school graduation percentage in qualifying count ..

    LLB course which is actually 3 years law course which is a bachelors course of law for which all the graduates from different streams are eligible to get admissions.

    So by this you are also eligible after completing you B.Tech and also MBA.

    In the course of LLB(Bachelors of Law) the students will get trained under different categories for example like about Indian Penal Code and other law aspects .

    At the end of this law course they will be given a chance to select the stream or specialization like Civil or Crime or Law and order .

    The good news is that you can go for LLB after having 45% marks in B.Com . The eligibility criteria says that you must secure 40% marks in B.Com if you are a General category candidate and 35% marks if you are an SC/ST candidate.

    Yes you will be eligible for taking LLB.
    You can write law entrance examination.
    But with that percentage i fear you maynot get into prestigious colleges.
    Some colleges take admission based on the entrance and some colleges take admission based upon merit

    LLB -- Bachelor of Laws.





    This is an undergraduate course offered by many law collages and universities across the nation for the graduate in any discipline.

    Duration :- It is a 3 year course deals with the various aspects of Law and the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

    Eligibility for the same is :-

    You must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized college.

    Your percentage must be min of 40% in your Graduation.

    For SC/ST the percentage relaxation is 35%.

    So as per this, you are positively eligible for getting into LLB course with 45% as your Graduation degree.

    There is no Entrance Examination for getting into this course.
    But some colleges like National Law Schools will conduct the Entrance Examinations for admission into the colleges.
