    Dear Friend

It depends on the type of job one is applying for, whether it is a public sector
undertaking or private sector undertaking company.
If the job profile has plant job like construction and production where heavy
machinery and equipments operate you will not be able to get the job. I don't think there should be any problem with IES, because binocular vision is only needed for depth-perception, and since your right eye is OK, you can do everything else nicely. So don't worry, give IES. Weak depth-perception will probably not harm your career.

You have not mentioned the level of defect, which really matters.
Anyways, PSC allows a vision defect of +-3.5 provided your eye should be 6/6

Public Sector Undertaking (PSU ) most of them recruit graduate engineers as trainees / probationary engineers every year.
There is no common entrance test for that as the requirements are company specific.
All such notifications essentially come in the weekly "Employment News ''

    HIeeeeeeeeeee

It depends on the type of job applied for, whether it is a public sector or private sector company.

If job profile is like a huge construction and manufacturing plant where

Operate machinery and equipment, you will not be able to get a job.

I don't think there should be any problem with IES, because binocular vision is only needed for depth-perception, and since your right eye is OK you can do everything else nicely.
