    Yes, you are absolutely eligible for IBPS PO exam which will be conducted on 2012. Because by that time your age will be 20 so, you can apply for it.

    IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

    IBPS eligibility :

    You should have a degree(Without backlogs),which is recognized by government of India
    You should be Indian.
    Your age must be between 20-30 years for general category
    - For SC/ST it is 5 years relaxation
    - For BC relaxation set as 3 years.
    - For the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years.

    IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is conducts the Common written exam(CWE) separately for Probationary officers and clerks.

    Here 19 banks are participating.

    Eligibility for PO's:

    • You have to pass your graduation with 60% of marks from any recognized university.
    • Your age should in between 21-30 years.
    • You have a good communication skills.
    • You must have the basic knowledge on computers.

    If you fulfill those qualifications then you are eligible for IBPS PO's exam.

    No, you are not eligible for next IBPS exam....... because your age will not be applicable to appear in the Exam..

    You should try in 2013....

    Eligibility :::

    ** You must be graduate..
    ** Your age should be in between 21-30 yr..

    1)You should be a graduate in any field from any recognized university.

    2)You must have got 60% marks in matriculation or 50% marks in 10+2.

    3)If you are in the final year of graduation then also you are applicable for the exam.

    Age Limit:

    >>The Age Should Be Between 18 To 28 years

    There Is A Relaxation For The Reservation Candidates:

    1)For Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe 5 years.

    2)For Other Backward Classes 3 years.

    3)For The Persons With Disability 10 years.

    Recently a exam was Conducted .In this Exam 19 banks took place.

    Eligibility Criteria for Bank Po exams:-

    **Educational qualification is Bachelor Degree Graduation in any stream from any recognized university.
    **There is NO minimum Percentage is required.

    Age limit:-

    ---for general 21 to 30years.
    ---for BC 21 to 33years.
    ---for Sc/st 21 to 35years.

    Selection Process:-

    1.Aptitude test
    2.Group Discussion
    3.Interview

    Exam pattern:-

    1.Reasoning
    2.English
    3.Arithmetic
    4.Numeric Ability
    5.Mathematics
    **Each has 50 questions
    **Total Marks 250 marks.

    Hi,
    IBPS-Institute of Banking Personnel Selection which is conducted by IBA(Indian Banks Associations) to recruit PO's and Clerks into 19banks this time.

    As per your DOB your age will be 20 years in 2012exam of IBPS clerk posts.
    If you have already submitted the application then you are absolutely eligible for this time i.e on 2011..

    But if you have not submitted this time then you have to try next time.
    Then you should be a SC/ST or BC candidate because they have the following age relaxation..
    So, please check this out and make confirm on your eligibility of age...


    Eligibility for Clerk posts::::

    Your age should be between 18-28 years.
    You must me a citizen of India.
    You should have min.60% in tenth or
    min.60% in your Inter or pass in degree from any recognized University of India.

    Even though you have not submitted this time for IBPS clerk posts and not having any age relaxation for next year, Then don' worry
    - If you have any degree then you can write IBPS PO exams which will be having upto 30years age relaxation...
    Details of IBPS PO:
    Eligibility for IBPS::::

    ->Your Percentage in 10th class must be 60% or above..
    - OR Your Inter Percent must be min. 50% OR
    ->You must pass final year degree,which is recognized by government of India...

    All the common Bank Examinations are conducted by an Institution named as IBPS .

    IBPS -- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection .



    The Eligibility for IBPS exam is :

    Education qualifications - must pass / studying final year degree / engineering , which must be recognized by government of India .
    And also the student/candidate should me citizen of India.
    The age must be between 20-30 years for general candidates , for SC/ST Candidates 5 years relaxation , for BC category students relaxation set as 3 years , for the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years .

    So as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above you are not eligible for IBPS examination because you are just 19 as per your DOB.
    You are applicable after one year and that too if you satisfy the above criteria.

    The IBPS CWE Exam 2011 will be held first time for the recruitment of Bank PO and management trainees in the following Banks.

    Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/ UCO Bank/ Vijaya Bank

    Dear friend,there is a common written examination for the 19 public banks all over India while SBI conducts its own entrance exam.
    The common exam is held by IBPS called as C.W.E.

    The eligibility for the clerical post is to have atleast 60% in matric or atleast 50% in 12th.The minimum age for the test is 18 years while the maximum is 28 years.Relaxation of 5 years for ST,3 years for background communities,10 years for disabled,9 years for widows and some other classes.SO you are eligible for the test.

Descriptive type qυеѕtіοnѕ wіll bе frοm Essay, Précis, Letter Prose etc. Thе IBPS PO Exam wіll bе οf Total 250 Mаrkѕ. All tests οf IBPS Exam except thе Test οf English Language аnd Descriptive Paper οn English Composition wіll bе printed bilingually, i.e. English аnd Hindi.

    In Objective type paper οf IBPS CWE Exam wіll hаνе negative mаrkіng аlѕο. It means thаt fοr еνеrу incorrect attempt thеrе wіll hаνе negative mаrk οf one fourth οr 0.25 οf thе mаrkѕ assigned tο thаt qυеѕtіοn. Thеrе wіll bе nο negative mаrk іf уου leave thе аnѕwеr blank ѕο candidates аrе οnlу advised tο οnlу thаt qυеѕtіοnѕ іn whісh thеу аrе sure.

    IBPS Bank PO Exam Date

    The notification has been released. IBPS exam is conducted yearly twice
    separately for clerkical as well as po(probationary officer). As the clerkical
    exam 2011 got over just a few days back on 27/11/2011, 04/12/2011 and 11/12/2011 you need to wait for some time for the next notification.
