    Yes you can attend the IBPS exam for the position of clerk with your diploma qualification. You have not mentioned whether you have done your Diploma after 10th or 12th class. If you have done your diploma in engineering it should be equivalent to the course of 12th class. You should also have secured the diploma from an institute which is recognized and also reputed. You should also have secured around 50% of marks in the diploma course also. The age of the candidates should also be more than 18 and less than 28 years. There is relaxation in case of the age limit for the reserved categories. Hence a diploma candidate can attend the IBPS exam for the post of clerk if they fulfill all the above mentioned criteria’s.

    WRITTEN EXAMINATION

    Written Examination Structure:-

    1.>Reasoning 50 question 50 marks.

    2.> English Language 50 question 25 marks.

    3.>Quantitative Aptitude 50 question 50 marks.

    4.>General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) 50 question 50 marks.

    5.>Computer Knowledge 50 question 50 marks.

    Up to that time is 150 mins.

    Descriptive Paper on English Composition (Essay, Précis, Letter Writing etc)
    25 question 60 marks.

    Total 250 question 250 marks.

    If you have completed your Diploma after completing your 12Th examination, then you are eligible to apply for IBPS Clerical examination, but you have to scored minimum 50% marks in your Diploma.

    IBPS Stands for Institute of banking and Personnel selection and it is conducts the Common written examination for the post of Clerical Cadre every year, To apply for this recruitment examination you have to fulfill any one of the given eligibility :

    >> You have to complete your 10Th examination with minimum 60% Marks from a recognised Board

    OR

    >> You have to complete your 12Th examination with Minimum 50% Marks from a recognised Board

    OR

    >> You have to complete your Graduate degree course in any discipline.

    To apply for IBPS Clerical examination your age should between 18 to 28 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

    There is 5 year relaxation is applicable for SC/ST Candidates
    And 3 year relaxation is applicable for OBC Candidates.

    Yes of course you are eligible for the IBPS examination of 2012,as you had completed your diploma you are eligible for the clercial Examination.....
    IBPS(Indian Banking Personnel selection):
    IBPS conducts the Common Written Examination for the selection of candidates in to the 19 banks which have been a part from the IBPS.These 19 banks in public sector have been decided to conduct common written examination for the selection of candidates in to the 19 public sector banks in India..
    The IBPS examination is mainly conducted for the selection of the Clerk and Probationary officers in the 19 sector of banks.....
    Depending on the IBPS score the selection of candidates in to the banks is done.All the 19 participating banks will consider the IBPS score and if selected they will call for the interview.....
    Private banks are not a part of this IBPS examination and they are separate and those are private sector banks.....
    The common written examination score obtained will be valued till 1 year and you can apply for all the participating banks in that 1 year time.....

    Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Clerk Exams :-

    -->You Should pass in 10Th with 60% (OR) 12Th with 50% Marks ,Then you are eligible for IBPS Clerk Exams.

    Age limit :-

    yes if you did diploma in E & C you are eligible for IBPS exam .
    i will provide you the qualification which must be needed for this exam is=
    A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation
    std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent
    Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent
    OR
    A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2 (10+2+3 pattern) /11

    std. (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate/Pre-University or any equivalent examination/Diploma

    Yes..after completion of your diploma you can go for IBPS examination.

    IBPS stands for Institute for Banking Personnel selection.IBPs can conducts the common written exam separately for Clerks and PO's.

    If you are interested in the IBPS exam then you are eligible for IBPS examination.For this exam 19 banks are participating.

    The minimum eligibility for IBPS examination is you must complete your 12th or its equivalent degree from any recognized university or board.
    And your age should not more than 28 years and not less than 18 years.
    And you have the basic knowledge on computers.You must speak the English fluently.

    If you fulfill those qualifications you can go for IBPS examination.

    Hi,
    You are eligible for IBPS bank clerk exam.
    IBPS conduct Common Written Exam(CWE) which is common to all 19 nationalized bank.
    The minimum criteria for IBPS clerk is that

    Candidate must pass 12th with 50% overall from a recognized unioversity
    or
    Candidate must pass equvalent exam such diploma with 50% overall from a recognized unioversity

    age of the candidate is between 18-28 years.

    Yes, you are absolutely eligible for Bank Clerical Examinations .

    IBPS is an organization which conducts all the Bank Examinations .

    IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection .





    The Eligibility Criteria for IBPS Exam is :-

    *For Clerical Post :
    You must be passed out in the Intermediate .
    i.e you must be either 10+2 or 10+3 for appearing for Bank Clerical Examinations with a min of 50% as the aggregate.

    *For Bank PO :
    You must be a Graduate in any Stream from a recognized university .

    This exam is conducted to Recruit the students for bank jobs .

    To apply for this exam you need to complete your graduation from a reconized university.

    You can also apply if you are in the final year of your Graduation.

    Your age need to be between 20-30 years.

    This exam is conducted in both objective and descriptive type`s.

    Objective type is of 150 min duration.

    Descriptive type is of 60 min duration .

    Yes,You are eligible to apply fir Clerical Cadre Position of IBPS Examination.IBPS Stands for Institute of Banking Personnel.It is conducting common written exam for 19 government sector banks.You have chance to apply for Clerical cadre positions.Here you will be having chance to apply for all the banks with single time payment and single time written test.

    Once go through following eligibility criteria;

    The examination of the bank to recruit students for jobs is held.

    The test to apply for graduation from the University reconized to meet the need.

    You can also apply if you are in the final year of their graduation.

    Your age is between 20-30 years.

    In both objective and descriptive type examination is held.

    150 minutes duration of objective type.

    Descriptive type of 60-minute period.
