    Hi Avantika,
You will be eligible to appear for this exam when you will be in your final semester and having secured atleast minimum 55% marks till you reach last semester and will have atleast minimum 55% marks without grace or rounding up after completion of your M.Sc. The NET exam is allowed to answer when you are in final semester but you should confirm that you will get the required percentage... UGC conducts NET twice in a year in month of June and December, so if you will be in your last semester then perhaps you will be able to apply in june 2012
