    Am I eligible for NET Entrance exam after completing M.Ed with 67%? How to prepare for this examination?

    about oppertuniyies
    i passed m.ed with 67% marks.is iam eligible for net enterance exam.how can i do prepration

    Ya Sure You are eligible for NET (National Eligiblity Test).

    The examination was conducted by UGC Twice in a year, June and December. For this year the June NET Examination was Already completed and If you have missed the chance then you are eligible to apply for December NET Examination.

    In this examination you have to choose the optional subject on the basis of your Post Graduate subject, And If you subjects are not availiable in the NET Examination List the You can Opt any Related Subjects.

    The Notification of NET December examination was going to be announced soon in the UGC website.

    So, You have already scored 67% Marks in your Master degree examination and to sit in NET Examination you have to scored minimum 55% marks, Final year appearing Candidates are also eligible for This examination.

    Eligible Candidates may fill the application form online By visit the UGC website, The Application/ Examination fees of NET Examination was Rs 450 and you have to pay the fees as a challan form in any State Bank of India Branches and then you are eligible fill your details Online. The examination are Conducted in 2 Session and you have to give the three paper in the same day. The paper Ist is compulsory for all, And you can apply for either Lectureship or JRF (Junior Research Fellowship), For apply for Lectureship there is no age eligibility criteria , But for JRF your age not more than 28 years.

    NET exam is conducted by UGC twice in a year only post graduate candidate can appear in this exam.The exam is conducted for two posts namely Lecturer and JRF(Junior Research Fellowship).The age limit for JRF is not more than 28 years, but their is no age limit for lectureship .

    To appear in NET exam the candidate must fulfill the mentioned eligibility criteria -

    - the candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university in any discipline with minimum 55% marks

    - Age limit for JRF - not more than 28 years.
    For lectureship - no age limit.

    sir im doing MA (POLITICAL SCIENCE) in open university. yesterday only i written my MA final year exam. in first year MA i secured 60% sir. so now implanned to attend SET exam. but i dont have any idea abt it sir could u plz give me information abt it. im waiting. thank you.

    Yes absolutely!!

    You are eligible for the NET exam as you have done your M.Ed.

    The NET exam is National Eligibility Test which is conducted by UGC (University Grants Commission) which is held 2 times in a year and held in the months of June and December.As far regarding this year the the exam has been finished in June and the notification of December will be soon be published.

    The NET exam has certain eligibility criteria which may include:

    ->The candidate must be a citizen of India.

    ->The JRF candidate must have a age limit of 19-28 years.

    ->There is no upper age limits for lectureship candidates.

    ->Most of all the candidates must have done their post graduation from a recognized university with 55% aggregate and for SC/ST/PH/VH must have 50% aggregate.

    ->The candidates are advised to appear for the exam with the subjects of their post graduation only.

    There will 3 papers in the exam for selecting candidates:

    • Paper I
    • Paper II
    • Paper III

    Paper I will consist of 50 questions from general nature.It is held for knowing the reasoning and comprehension ability.The total marks for the paper is 100.

    Paper II will consist of consist of 50 objective type questions based on the subject selected by the candidate and the total marks for the paper is 100.

    Paper III will consist of only descriptive questions from the subject selected by the candidate.Paper III will have 4 sections and the total marks will be 200.

    A candidate who does not appear in Paper I will not be permitted to appearin Paper-II / Paper-III

    I AM DOING B.ED FROM JAMMU UNIVERSITY AFTER THAT I OUGHT TO PURSUE M.ED WILL I BE APLICABLE FOR NET EXAMS AFTER DOING M.EDCOURSE OF ONE YEAR DURATION

    net stands for national eligibility test.

    eligibility criteria:-

    **educational qualification is master degree graduation in any stream from any recognized university.

    **age limit up to 33 years

    yes you are eligible for NET examination.
    ELigibility for NET:
    candidates must have completed PG minimum with 55% or above from it from a recognized university.

    UGC every year two times conducts NET examination in the month of june and december.
    the notification were available on offical website of UGC.

    The examination paper pattern is objective .

    you have to fill up the application form online.

    NET National Eligibility Test.
    To write NET Examination the candidates must have done PG from a recognized university minimum completd with 55 %.

    UGC every conducts examination two times in June or December.
    And for this year June examination was conducts and next December month The Next NET examination is conductd .
    The Examination is conducted for Lecterurship post or Junior Research fellowship post.
    The candidates have to fill the form online through UGCWebiste.
    And the application form fees is paid through challan form of State Bank of India Bank any Branch.

    Age :
    no upper age limit specificed for Lectruership post to apply.
    &for JRF upper age limit is 28 years.
