You can only join NDA if you are having 12th certificate.....and the age limit should be more than 16 year older...

you are definetly capable of giving nda entrance exam and according to me all students have the eligibility to give exams 3-4 times and by the way iam also a student of your same age.

NDA - National Defence Academy

The exam is conducted for candidates who want to join in Air force,Army wing or Navy wing of NDA.The exam is being conducted by UPSC as it has NDA I and NDA II.

For writing this exam there are some basic eligibility criteria which a candidate must possess.

Eligibility:

The candidate must be a citizen of India.
The candidate must be a unmarried male candidate.
The candidates must have a age limit of 16 1/2 - 19 years.

For Army wing:

The candidates must have finished +2 with 10th,12th pattern of school education from a recognized board.

For Air force and Naval wing:

The candidates must have finished +2 with10th,12th pattern of school education from a recognized board with physics and mathematics as subjects.

The candidates must be physically fit while appearing for the NDA exam as it is very important regarding the physical test.

You are not eligible for the NDA exam as you have born on 22nd April 1993 as the criteria says that the candidate must have born only after 2nd July 1993 are eligible for the NDA exam.

This year was your last chance, but if you have scored good marks in your 12th and you are really interested in defence then you may go for SSB directly without writing any exam. You have to fill the forms which are available online also in there respect websites.

Dear friend, since your age exceeds 19 when you are writing nda exam and when selection procedure is done, i am sorry to say that you are not eligible. Also you can go for www.nda.nic.in for more details. Also for indian air force you need to study maths and physics mandatorily at 11 and 12 level.

To join national defence academy your age should be between 16.5-19 years,you must be physicaly fit,you must pass class 12 in any stream.According to your date of birth you will not be eligible to join nda because in 2012 you will cross 19 in age.The best option for you is now that you pursue any course and after completing graduation you can apply for ias exam.
