Yes dude you can apply for MPSC as you have completed Graduation .

For applying for MPSC you need to have completed your Graduation, so as you have completed Graduation through civil engineering(diploma) your eligible.

MPSC stands for MAHARASHTRA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

To apply for this exam you need to complete your graduation.

Your age need to be between 19 to 28 years.

You need to be physically fit.

Your height need to be 165 cm.

Your Chest need to be 84 cm.

For MPSC exam application forms visit the Post office.

Cost of Application form will be 100 rupees.

For General category students the exam fee is 400 rupees and for Reservation category it is 200 rupees.

You have done diploma and you have not graduation degree in science so you can't appear in this examination.
Eligibility for MPSC examination.
> you must have graduation degree in science or Engineering.
> degree should be from a recognized university.
> you should have good knowledge for Marathi language.
> citizenship of INdIA.
Age limit:
at least 21 years and maximum 30 years.
Age relaxation to reserved category upto 3 years for obc and 5 years for sc/st candidates.
