    Yes you are eligible for MAT exam even after having Backlog in 6th sem. All backlog students can give exam but they must have cleared them before taking admission in college. So getting a backlog upto the sixth semester is ok,provided u clear it/them before joining the b school.But make it a point you don't repeat the same thing in the 7th/8th sems,as then you would have no time to clear the backlogs. Now you just need to clear your papers in time and complete all exam and degree formalities before june end and submit your degree certificate before December end then it isn't a problem.

    MAT stands for Management Aptitude Test, And If you are Interested In MAT Examination Then you need To complete your Graduation examination in any discipline form a recognised University. Final year Graduate candidates are also eligible to apply for MAT Examination as Provisional Basis.

    >> And If you have a Backlog in your Final Year Course then There is No issue With That, You are eligible for MAT Examination. But when you are Going to Take admission in MBA Course in any college, then you have to clear your Backlog, Other wise you are Not eligible to get admission in MBA Programme.

    MAT examination is only for those candidates who are Interested to apply for MBA Course.

    And Graduation is the Minimum eligibility Criteria to apply for MAT Examination. There is No minimum Percentage eligibility criteria To apply for MAT Examination, Only graduate passed candidates are eligible for MAT Examination.

    The examination was Held Four times in a year - February, May, September and December.

    >> Eligible candidates may fill the application form Online By visit the MAT official Website. Candidates may choose one option to take the test, Paper based test OR computer based test.

    The cost of MAT Application form was Rs 1200 and the application form was availiable in the Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank Branches, So you can also Obtained form there.
