Yes, you are eligible. A B.Sc. IT degree with a GNIIT Diploma is a very good academic combination. To pursue M.tech. in IT from a good college like IIT or NIT, u need to first clear GATE exam. if you have got a good knowledge base about IT, then with some preparation, you will easily be able to crack GATE and get a good college. My suggestion to you is, don't do M.Tech. until its from a Government college (IITs or NITs). And since you've also got 1 year work experience, then admission won't be that difficult. Apart from M.Tech., you can also go for M.B.A. in Information Systems or information Technology. And for an MBA degree admission also, you will have to clear entrance exams like CAT, SNAP, FMS, XAT, etc. Management degree in IT sector is worth a lot in India.

After b.sc it you are eligible for m.sc it.To get admission in m.tech you have to crack GATE exam,gate exam is conducted for those students who are seeking for admission in m.tech.IT sector is very fast growing sector and have very much scope.Eligiblity for gate exam is that a candidate must be graduate from a reputated institute.After m.tech you can go for private jobs and for research field.

The eligibility for MTech in any reputed institute is a Btech /BE degree or a Msc degree.
With a Bsc degree you are not at all eligible for Mtech.
So you shall first go for Msc IT in order to study MTech.
With a BscIT degree you can however go for MBAIT
because for MBA the qualification is a graduation degree in any discipline.

After completing B.Sc (IT)+GNIIT, you are not eligible for doing M-tech. You need to complete M.Sc for the same. For M-tech in IT you have to write the GATE Exam. It would be better if you join in IIT, NIT etc. IIT colleges in India are good for doing M.Tech. You can also join for MBA. For MBA graduation, you have to clear examinations like CAT, XAT etc. You can also search for good jobs. As you have GNIIT it would be easy for you to get in software field. Doing MBA in Information Systems is also a good option. M.Sc is also an excellent option after B.Sc IT.

I don't think so that GNIIT is equal to BE, GNIIT is a three year degree course and after completing course they provide job which not so secure and one can never expect a successful career in this. BE is a better option than this.

And 10th passouts are not eligible for GNIIT.

You can join BE after completing your diploma also

Sorry to say this you are not eligible for the mtech. The minimum qualification for mtech is msc or btech/be degree with 60%marks. You have now two options. They are mba and msc. Doing msc means after finishing you do mtech. It is your goal. You write gate exam for this course

According to eligibility of M.Tech , you are not eligible for the M.TECH. For joining M.Tech course you must have B.E/B.TECH or M.Sc degree to appear in GATE or Equivalent Exam.
Also you must have 60% to appear in exam so first go for M.SC then try for M.tech.
But doing M.SC then M.tech will be long ...so you can also go for BE/B.TECH and then appear for GATE.

You are not eligible for M.Tech in IT after completing BSc IT + GNIIT , because according to eligibility you should have bachelors of engineering in any discipline from any recognized institution in India .

Eligibility for M.Tech

• Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering or Technology or Architecture are eligible for M.tech admission .
• Final year students can apply for M.Tech course .

So, if really want to do M.tech you have at least Bachelors degree for enrolling for exam .
