You are certianly eligible for a job as a lecturer in a diploma but I am amazed to know that after doing B.tech you are thinking of doing a job in a diploma college!you can do M.Tech after B.Tech and then look for a good job as a senior professor in a good reputed engineering college or university.You can even go for research work if you have good interest in studies and earn name there.Even after B.Tech you can get good jobs in both the private and the public sector far better than a lecturer in diploma college.They would want you with all hands open but you have to choose a better option than that.
