No, you cannot apply for BSNL JTO exam with the above mentioned qualifications. You need to complete either B.E/B.Tech in specific streams to apply for this exam. Only those candidates who have completed B.E/B.Tech in subject areas like Electronics/ Telecommunications/ /Radio/Computer/Electrical/Information Technology are eligible to appear for this exam.
