My dear friend i am really sorry to tell you that you are not eligible to join the Indian Navy after completing 12th with Medical Stream i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Your percentage in +2 does not matter.
The Thing is that for joining the Indian Navy after 12th you will have to give the NDA examination.
NDA stands for National Defense Academy.
NDA examination is held by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year.

The Eligibility Criteria for Joining the Indian Navy after 12th through NDA is given as under:

--> The candidate must have completed 12th with Non-Medical Stream i.e Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

--> Mathematics should be a compulsory subject instead of Biology.

--> The candidate must be aging between 16.5-19 years of age.

--> Only boys can give the NDA examinations not Girls.

--> The candidate must be physically fit.

--> He must be having Indian Nationality.

For more details about NDA visit the following website of UPSC:

    http://www.upsc.gov.in

Here is a video featured on Indian Navy:

I think the Information will help you with your query.

Once again i am sorry to say that you are not eligible for Indian Navy because Mathematics is compulsory for going into Indian Navy.

No, friend am very sorry to say you that you are NOT eligible to join Indian Navy after completing 10+2 having chemistry, physics and biology as subjects with 59%.

Firstly percentage is not the criteria any 12th standard completed candidate can apply for the exam if he meets all the required physical conditions and he must and should belong to M.P.C group.

Since you do not belongs to M.P.C group you are not eligible for joining the Indian Navy.
