Yes you can join for the ICWA course after completing your graduation. This course is conducted in 3 stages – foundation program, intermediate course and final course. The candidates who have done 12th class have to attend the foundation program. But since you have completed your graduation you can directly enter in to the intermediate course for ICWA. Those who are in the final year of engineering are having the provision of registering for the ICWA course provisionally. Hence after completing the intermediate level you can register for the final level of the course
