Yes, you are eligible but only for bank clerk and not for probational officer exam of IBPS(Institute of Banking Personnel selection)
after just completing your higher secondary.
The minimum qualification that is required in order to appear for IBPS probational officer exam is that you must have
a graduation degree from a recognized university.

As far as eligibility criteria for clerk exam is concerned, it is that you must have at least 60% in your higher secondary
and that your age must range from 18 to 28 years. And if you want to appear for probational officer, then you can do that
only after completing your graduation and the required percentage for this purpose is only 55%.
