    Yes you are surely eligible-
    Minimum qualification-
The minimum qualification is required to appear in banks exam is graduation 60% marks minimum in any stream.
as you have 65% marks so i think you are eligible.
    and Age-
Age must be between 21 to 30 ,
relaxation in upper age for SC/ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC is 3 years.
and i think you also full fill the Age criteria so i think you are surely eligible for next IBPS exam because this year date of filling of IBPS exam is over so try to fill up the forums next year within the time.

Re: Am I eligible for IBPS Clerk exam after scoring 80% in 10th,53% in 12th and 65% in B.Tech?

First of all i want to tell you that why do you want to apply for clerical job
on bank. You have done engineering and you want to waste this degree doing
clerical job in bank. Why don't you try in your core field? When you have done
engineering you have so many other opportunities in front of you. You can go for
a job in public as well as privates sector companies.During the past few years
there has been a tremendous growth in all the engineering sectors in India.
What is resisting you from going for a job in your own field?I think it is lack
of sound technical knowledge. But believe me technical knowledge comes only with
experience. You are not required to be academically perfect or knowlegable.
You are only required to perform your work with skill and this skill devolops
with time. So my personal advice please try to get a job in your pown field.
If a clerical job in bank was what you wanted to do , then why did you spent your
parents money in engineering at first place. You would have been eligible for a
clerical job even on the basis of your 12th.
However even after my advice if you are intrested in clerical jobs then you are
definitely and surely eligible for it.

Yes, you are absolutely eligible for the IBPS bank clerk exams. I wonder why you are choosing clerk exams instead of PO posts. Because with your percent in academics you can even try for the bank po's you are eligible for the PO posts as well.

Ok I will provide you the details of your interested job posts i.e bank clerk exams.

For clerk exams you need at least inter with 60% and graduation students also can apply if they have 60% or more and in your case you have good percent and you are eligible for the clerk posts.

    THE exam pattern for the clerk posts will be like;

English Language (Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.)
    General Awareness, Marketing & Computers
    Data Analysis & Interpretation
    Reasoning (Verbal & Non-Verbal)

    Generally it carries the marks like;

    Age limits are :

Your age should be between 18-28 years
    - For SC/ST it is 5 years relaxation
    - For BC relaxation set as 3 years.
    - For the PH candidates 10 years and ex-service-men 5years.

    Important :
You can take bank clerk test in Hindi/English language.
Each question carries one mark and there is negative (1/4) marking
After Exam, banks will be given a scorecard if you are qualified in CWE.
It will be valid for one year from the date of issue of the scorecards.
