    Hello friend !!

    >>Firstly the applicant of the Bank Examination must be in the age of 20 to 30 .

    >>Secondly , the applicant must be Graduate in Degree or Pursuing Final yr or must be completed BE or must be pursuing Final yr .
So you are not eligible as you are not an graduate .

Re: Am I eligible for IBPS Clerk exam after completing my 12th with 49.83%?

I am very regretful to say that you don't hold the adequate marks required for fulfilling eligibility.
But if, the small margin can be rounded up and is considered, you may get a chance, but the probability is very less.

Apart from this, you can also apply for CWE which is Clerk Common Written Exam through your 10th scores.

The IBPS eligibility criteria for CWE can be as follows:
    > The candidate needs to secure 60% in SSC or 50% in HSC
    > the age range should be in between 18-28 years

If you have 60% or more in your 1oth class, it enables you to be eligible for application.
O else you have least chances.
    All the very best!!!

Candidates who have completed 12th standard can certainly write this exam. They should have secured a minimum of 50% in 12. But for candidates belonging to the OBC category can apply if they have sceured pass marks in the same. So since you belong to OBC category you can certainly apply. If you wish to apply for the exam in November you need to apply now. The last date to apply for the same has been extended to 28th September. You need to make the payment for the same in the bank by 27th September.

you are not qualified to write the ibps exam because of less percent in your 12th standard. They will ask minimum of 55% for entrance exam. And also you have not mention whether you are graduated or not. because for applying ibps entrance exam you should be graduated from a recognised university with 55% in your acedamics.
