    Am I eligible for IBPS clerical exam after completing 12th with 55%?

    hello sir/mam
    i got in 12th 55% can i eligible for ibps clerical exam

    With this qualification, you are eligible for IBPS clerical post. Lower age limit to apply for the same is 18 years. On the other hand, higher age is 28 years. 50% is the minimum specified marks so; you can apply for this as you have scored 55% marks. Notifications about IBPS clerical post will be published in IBPS site. You can apply for the same by online. IBPS clerical written exam is the first step to get selected for this post. This exam will test your knowledge in subject areas like verbal ability, logical reasoning, general awareness, computer skills, numerical ability etc. On clearing IBPS written exam, GD will be the next process of selection. This will be followed by personal interview too.

    Yes you are eligible for IBPS CLERK CADRE EXAMINATION.

    IBPS conducts Common Written Examination for Recruitment of clerical cadre vacancies in 19 public sector Banks two times in one year.

    The candidates who are attempting the CWE need to have have the specified age and necessary educational qualification.

    Eligibility criteria :
    candidate must be citizen of India.

    Age limit:
    Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.

    For sc/st 5 years age relaxation.
    For obc 3 years age relaxation.
    For Persons with disability : 10th years.

    Educational qualification:
    class 10th th pass with 60% ( for general category) and for obc ,sc/st .pwd just pass is sufficient.

    Or class 12th passed with 50% .

    Degree in any stream from a recognized university or equivalent.

    Common Written Examination Pattern:
    CWE is of objective type
    Total no. Of question: 250 of 250 marks.

    Time duration : 150 minute.

    Negative marking for wrong answer.

    Qualified candidates are issued a scorecard by speedpost or Registration post which will be valid for one year .

    Paper pattern
    Test of Reasoning , English Language , numerical ability , general awareness with special reference of banking industry and computer knowledge.

    It is a great opportunity for Careers in 19 public sector Banks through single CWE.

    Each participating public sector banks is independent to issue separate recruitment notification.
    Each Bank carry out their own selection such as based on Group disscussion and Interview for final selection.

    Sorry to say that 12th standard candidate are not applicable for IBPS Clerk Exam.

    IBPS- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It conduct the bank exam every year and CLERK for 20 public sector of bank.

    If you have completed graduation degree OR if you have completed diploma degree ,then you are applicable for IBPS CLERK Exam.

    Your age should be in between 18 to 28 years old.Age relaxation is provide for reserved category.

    Pattern for IBPS Clerk Exam:-


    Reasoning test- 40 marks
    English language test- 40 marks
    Numerical ability test- 40 marks
    General knowledge test- 40 marks
    Computer knowledge test- 40 marks

    yes you can give IBPS clerical exam as you scored more marks than the required marks.

    criteria for IBPS clerk :
    1. education:
    you must be 12th with minimum 50 %.
    or
    you are graduate.

    2.age : 18 - 30 years.

    3. nationality - Indian

    According to the recent policy of IBPS,inorder to do be eligible in IBPS clerical exam,one needs to be -
    Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline.
    Should have computer Knowledge.
    So,you will be eligible only after completion of your graduate course.Your 10+2 result will not be considered for eligibility of IBPS clerical written exam.However,your 10+2 result will be checked in the interview round.
