    What sectors can i get through UPSC as i m colour blind?. can i get IAS,IFS......

    Its not a proale. Your required below qualification you are eligible for IAS Exam.
    @ complete any one bachelor degree for recaganized university.
    @ age 21-30.
    @ the candidate are indian citizenship.
    @ also final year student are eligible for thease exam.

    Hai,

    IAS stands for Indian Administrative Service.

    Eligibility criteria:-

    Candidate should be complete bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

    You must be a citizen of India.

    Percentage is not important for this exam.

    Age criteria:-

    The age limits are 21 years to 30 years.

    The age relaxation is provided as per the govt rules.


    Selection process:-

    Preliminary exam,

    Mains exam,

    Personal interview.

    Hii friends you can go for IAS exam if you have the following Educational Qualification: Any degree holder from any recognized University in any discipline with any percentage is eligible and his age qualification must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August of the exam year. OBC/SC/ST/PH category candidates can avail age relaxation the maximum attempts limit is up to 4 times .OBC/PH category candidatescan attempt the exams up to 7 times. SC/ST candidates can attempt any number of times as long as their age limit is within the eligibility range.

    Dear friend,

    There is no such criteria for Physical Disability or Color Blindness.

    You are eligible for UPSC Civil Services Examination even if you are colour blind candidate.

    Every year about lakhs of aspirants appear for this exam and about 910 candidates get success.

    For appearing in Civil Services Exam, you must be in Final Year of Graduation or you must have completed your Graduation from a recognized University/Institution.

    Age Criteria:

    For General: 21 to 30 years

    For OBC: 21 to 33 years

    For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

    IAS Aspirants will have to pass three stages to crack this exam:

    >> Preliminary Exam (CSAT Exam)

    >> Mains Exam

    >> Personal Interview

    No. of Attempts for IAS Exam:

    For General: 4

    For OBC: 7

    For SC/ST: No Restriction

    Please suggest me some other equivalent field as civil service in which i can work inspite of being 35.
    I am MCA with 2 yr IT exp with good acedemic .

    You can write IAS examination.
    More about IAS:
    * IAS Stands for indian administrative service.
    * IAS exam is conducted by UPSC (union public service commission) every year.
    * Whole selection process consists of 3 stages:
    1. Prelims
    2. Mains
    3. Interview
    * Candidates should have completed undergraduate degree to write IAS.
    * Any two subjects can choosen among a list of 23 subjects.

    Hi,

    Minimum eligibilty to apply for the UPSC Civil Services exams is:

    Education: Graduation pass in any stream from a recognized university
    No minimum percentage of marks is required in Graduation

    Age- Minimum 21 years
    Maximum 30 years
    OBC can apply till 33 years
    SC/ST can apply till 35 years

    Attempts/Chances: UPSC has also fixed number of attempts
    General- 4 times
    OBC-7 times
    SC/ST-No Restrictions

    UPSC Civil Services Exams are held in three stages:
    Prelims
    MAINS
    Interview
