    Hi Friend ,

Yes you are Eligible for an IAS Exam if your Bachelor Degree is From Recognized University, as far as how you have done it doesn't bother ,it is Equivalent to Regular Bachelor Degree.

For IAS Exam the foremost Eligibility Criteria is you should be Indian , no other person can apply for this Exam ,even he has been Granted citizenship of India in past or Recently.

As far as Educational qualification is concerned , minimum Educational Qualification required is Bachelor degree From any Stream from a recognized university.

Also you should be Physically and mentally fit to apply for IAS Exam , as the job is demanding too much stress, and more importantly the most important post in India with lots of responsibilities ,

You should have reached a age of 21 year , to be able to appear for Exam if you haven't then you are not allowed , though you should not be more than 30 years . If you Satisfy the age Limit criteria then you are Eligible to apply for the Exam.

There is a provision for relaxation in upper age limit for certain categories like OBC ,SC/ST, Physically Disabled ,etc .

So, if you satisfy al above Criteria , you should start Preparing for Exam ,For Which selection Happen in three phases :

    Prelims
    Main
    Personal Interview
