The qualifying exam for civil service is graduation. Even candidates having higher qualification like post graduation can also apply. The same should be from a recognised institute. Also a candidate whose age is within 21-30 years can apply. Some relaxations are provided in this criteria. There is no mention on the minimum marks required in the qualifying exam. So if you have completed graduation you can apply. Your academic record will be an important criteria at the time of final selection.
