The eligibility for Bank Clerk exam is as follows:
-Passed in 10+2 exam with at least 60% marks.
    -Age limit: 18-28yrs.

As you have scored low,I don't think so you can apply for the exam.
Don't worry, after your graduation you can apply for PO exam.
But for PO exam also you need to have at least 60% marks.

Eligibility for bank jobs:- educational qualification is graduation in any stream and age limit is 21 to 30years. Then apply ibps exam for bank jobs. It conducts every year. For clercial posts 12th qualification is enough. All the best

    No You are not eligible-
As all banks Clerical exams now required at least of 60% marks in 12th.
So as you have not 60% marks in 12th then you are not eligible to appear in banks Clerical exams.
Now i think you can go for Graduation and try to score better in Graduation and on the basis of graduation you may be apply for Banks posts and also for post offices exam.
