DSC eligibility criteria

*All DSC ,TRT,Teacher Recruitment test aspirants must possess APTET(paper 1)pass certificate/memorandum of marks in respect of SGT and APTET (paper 2 with any optional subject) pass certificate/memorandum of marks in respect of school assistant and language pandit with

1.60% and above marks for GEN candidates

2.50% and above marks for B.C candidates

3.40%and above marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates

*A candidate should possess academic and professional /training qualification &the certificate issued by an institute/university shall not be taken into consideration if the said institution/university does not have permission /recognition if NCTE/UGC respectively as per law

*Must possess intermediate certificate issued by the board of intermediate education ,andhra pradesh or other equivalent certificate recognized by board of intermediate education ,govt of andhra pradesh

Yes you are eligible for DSC exam after completing B.Com and B.Ed courses.And i think your methodology in B.Ed may be social or any other languages like English,Hindi etc.,

DSC is a platform for you to become a teacher in government sector and government schools in the andhra Pradesh state.
Eligible to write DSC exam:

The following is the eligibility criteria required for giving the exam:

You must be an Indian.
You must have completed graduation in only B.Ed.
You must qualify TET (Teachers Eligibility Test) which is conducted by state government.
You require 55 percentages of marks to apply for the test.
You should have knowledge among one of the subject below.
The subjects are
Science
Hindi
Telugu
Mathematics
Social Studies
English.

I hope that you have applied for the APTET which is conducted this month i.e.,May 31st because now upcoming DSC is a wonderful opportunity for every candidate of B.Ed.This August You have DSC before that you need to qualify APTET as this qualifying are been added to the DSC which are very important for you to get government teacher job.As the qualifying marks are different for each caste and after that cutt-off marks what the excess marks you are going to get is being added on certain percentage to the DSC exam which is very important for you to fetch a job.
If you did not complete your B.Ed i mean if you are writing your B.Ed final exams for this academic year then also you are eligible infact the DSC exam has been postponed to make those candidates also qualify for the particular exam.So dont miss this wonderful chance.I hope you applied for TET because without writing TET you can not write DSC as the reason i told it to you before itself.

APTET Paper pattern:totally 150 marks and it is divided in the following way.
Child Pedogogy:30 marks
Content:60 marks(Your 1st methodology in B.Ed)
If your methodology is Mathematics and Science
30 marks for Mathematics
30 marks for Physics,Biology and Chemistry

If your methodology is Social then totally 60 marks will be for social itself.

Compulsory you will have telugu for 30 marks
and aslo English for 30 marks

DSC Paper pattern:
This exam paper contains 200 multiple choice Questions with 100 marks in 3 hours.Time management is very important to crack this exam.
