No, you are eligible for the jewellery designing course without passing HSC.

Jewellery Designing is a 3 year course that completly deals on the jewellery design concept.

    Eligibility Criteria for jewellery designing:-

    • 12th or +2 or any other equivalent qualification is required.
    • Should have minimum 50% in 12th in the stream of fine arts, commerce etc..,

After completion of thi course you can get jobs in any of the jewellery designing companies with a pay-scale of nearly 10,000-12,000.

If you join in any of the private organizations then you can get more pay-scale with incentives also.

If you are truely interested in this sector its better you complete your HSC.

To study B.Sc in jewellery designing and management you need to pass your 10+2 level exam.
Also you need to know all the aspects of jewellery industry and you should possess indepth knowledge about gems and metals. Even if the knowledge is superficial, they will train you and groom you properly.

Top institutes for the same in India:-

NIFT in Mumbai, Calcutta, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Bangalore

    Appejay Institute of Design- Delhi

    Pearl Academy of Fashion- Delhi

Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology- Bangalore

    IIFT- Bangalore.

Since you possess the required qualification therefore you are not eligible for the full time B.Sc degree. Very sorry about that.
