    dear friend, there is no any relation between law and computer science course so if you want to do computer science course you can do PCDCA course because that course provide you computer knowledge none other than no any chance to do computer science course,
    if you will join computer science course not any profit given on law course.

    CS stands for company secretary.CS is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.These CS course has 3 phases they are
    -Foundation
    -Executive
    -Professional

    Eligibility:

    For Foundation course you have to pass your 10+2 or an equvilent examination.
    -Your age should not less than 17 years.
    After clearing the foundation course you can apply for Executive program.

    Graduates and post graduates and those who have passed final exam of ICWAI or ICAI or of any other accountancy institution in Indian or abroad recognized by the council of the institute can directly enroll the executive program with out passing the foundation examination.After clearing the Executive programmer examination you can apply for professional program.

    So you are eligible for the CS course.

    Hi,

    CS is a Company Secretaries course and the eligibility criteria for the course is:
    For Executive Programme:Graduation or its equivalent
    For Foundation Programme:10+2
    Students of any discipline in Arts,Commerce and Science(excluding Fine Arts) can pursue.

    So you are eligible for CS course after completing your law.

    You will be having three levels in this:

    >Foundation Programme(4 papers)
    >Executive Programme(6 papers)
    >Professional Programme(8 papers)

    Fee Details:
    For foundation course:Rs.250/- by DD/PO
    For Executive course:Rs.350/- by DD/PO
    In favour of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI)

    There are total three levels in CS (company secretary):
    1.Foundation
    2.Executive
    3.Professional

    Eligibility for CS:

    Eligibility for Company Secretary Courses:

    1:You should clear 3 stages to qualify as Company Secretary and these are:

    i)Foundation Course

    ii)Intermediate Course

    iii)Final Course

    2:The minimum eligibility to gain entry in the Foundation Course is a pass in 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any stream. As you have B.Com as well as MBA degree,so there is no problem.

    Course Duration : 8 months duration

    3:Intermediate Course:

    you have to pass in the Foundation Course Examination of the ICSI Graduation degree or a Master's degree/Pass in ICWAI, ICAI can allow you entry in the intermediate course.

    Course Duration : 9 months duration

    4:Final Course:

    Once you pass the Intermediate Course you automatically become eligible for admission to the Final Course.

    Foundation Course:

    One passing the Final examination of ICSI you will need to undergo a practical training after which, you will be completely eligible for the Associate Membership of the Institute.

    The Training is of Training Orientation Program(TOP) is for 5 days and is done before commencement of training.

    This is followed by training for 15 months after the candidate has passed the Intermediate Examination or Final Examination.

    The main institute is ICSI(Institute of Company Secretaries of India) at Kolkata, Chennai and Mumbai and Delhi

    here CS stands for two Different meaning...

    1. CS (Computer Science)
    2. Cs ( Company Secratory)

    dear there is no relation between computer science and ypur graduation...

    you can do computer science any time...

    As we talk about Company Secratory

    you have to follow some criteria...

    10+2 passed
    from well recognized board
    Age: not less than 17 years

    so...

    Conclusion: you are eligible for doing CS course...

    dear you are eligible for this course after your degree in DISTANCE and LAW course.but you must have the pass certificate of 10+2 recognized by the central or state government,
    you have have any group like
    • MPC,
    • MEC,
    • BIPC.....
    in your intermediate.
    you should have minimum age is 17 to write this exam.
    final level course is an 10 months course you have to pass the intermediate level to go for the final course.
    syllabus for the foundation course is.
    • English and business communication,
    • economics and statics,
    • financial accounting,
    • elements of business laws and management
    ,
    to eligible for the CS intermediate course you have to pass the CS foundation course.arts science, commerce/non-commerce(excluding fine arts)are eligible for the registration for this program, if you are possessing any of the following qualifications you are exempted from passing the foundation course
    syllabus for the intermediate course is,

    the examinations are conducted twice in a year:-
    for the June exam 25th march is the last date to submit the applications, the cost of the application is 100/-the applications are available from 9th April,
    for December exam 20th December is the last date to submit the application form, availability of the application forms are from 10th October.
