    Yes you can become IAS officer .You need to complete your Graduation to appear for IAS exam. As you are doing your B.pharm your eligible to write this exam.This is include in the services which come under civil services.Civil service exams are conducted by UPSC.This exam is conducted every year to recruite IAS,IPS,IFS officers.

    The exam is conducted in 2 stages:-

    1)Preliminary and

    2)Mains.

    To appear for this exam`s you need to be a graduate from recognized university.General candidates have 4 attempts.OBC candidates have 7 attempts.SC/ST candidates hae no limit.Notifications will be released in the month of February.Last date of applying is 5th of march 2012.

    IAS means Indian Administration Service examination and the examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Once in a year.

    Indian Administrative Service is part of Civil Service exam.So you should score good marks in civil service exam to become a IAS officer.Civil service exam conducted by union public service commission every year once.

    To appear for civil service exam,you should have complete graduation degree with any stream from a recognized university and your age should be between 21 to 30 years.

    As you have complete B.Pharmacy ,so you are eligible for civil service exam this year.Civil service exam consist of Preliminary exam and Main exam.
    Preliminary exam notification released on 11th Feb 2012,closes on 5th March 2012.And exam will held on 20th May 2012.
    After clearing preliminary exam,you will eligible for Main exam.
    Main exam will held on 16th Sept 2012.

    B.Phram student are applicable for IAS exam.

    IAS exam is conducted by UPSC in once time in year through Civil Service Exam.So you must attend in CSAT exam.

    Those candidate are graduate from any recognized university with any discipline are eligible for IAS exam.There is no marks criteria.

    But your age should be in between 22 to 30 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

    The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.

    Your age in now 34 years so if you are from SC/ST category then you are applicable for IAS exam otherwise not

    Also you must be in citizen in India.

    Yes you are eligible for applying for Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC every year.

    The details regarding eligibility criteria are

    Academic Qualification :

    * You must be a graduate in any of the streams from a recognized university.

    Age limits :

    You must have attained 21 years and not be over 30 years on August 1 of the year of examination.
    The upper age limit is relaxed in specific cases as mentioned below:
    upto a maximum of 5 years if the candidate belongs to SC/ST.
    upto a maximum of 3 years if the candidate belongs to Other Backward Classes(BC's)

    Number of attempts :

    The number of attempts can vary based on the Reservation your have i.e

    The minimum qualification needed to apply for civil service exam is having a Degree from a reconized university.

    As you have already compleated your graduation you are eligible to apply for this exam.

    Civil services include IAS,IPS,IFS etc services..

    For apply for this exam you need to citizen of INDIA.

    Your age should not be less than 21 (or) not more than 30 years.

    If you belong to SC/ST then age criteria is 21-35 and for OBC it is 21-33.

    You can also apply if you are in the final year of your graduation.

    Yes off course you are eligible to become an IAS(Indian Administrative services ) officer or to appear for CSE(Civil services examination)
    being a B.Pharma student.Actually there are two important qualifications that you need to satisfy in order to appear for this exam.
    Firstly you should be a graduate from a recognized university from any discipline( note that there is no minimum percentage required)
    you only need to qualify the exams. And secondly you must satisfy the age limit criterion which is from 21 to 30 years.

    Yes you are eligible for IAS officer after completing B.Pharm.


    The eligibility criteria to apply for UPSC IAS are given bellow-

    1.You have to be complete your Graduation degree in any recognized University.

    2.Your age must have to be between 21-30 years.

    3.You have to be physically fit.

    So if you complete the above criteria then you can apply for IAS exam.

    And then you have to be complete preliminary exam, then their main exam and after that you have to be complete the interviews..

    The exam will be depend upon the general awareness,general knowledge,current affairs and reasoning..

    And after completing all of this you can make an IAS officer.

    UPSC conducts Civil Services Exam every year and IAS exam comes under civil services examination.

    The civil services examination consist of two stages :
    CSAT exam
    and than Mains.

    The candidate who qualified in both round are eligible for Interview round.
